About Us

Gregg and Karen Frank met in 1990 while working at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ. Since that time they have become an integral part of the rehabilitation community. They live in northwest New Jersey raising their three children.

Gregg Frank, Licensed Occupational Therapist & Karen Frank, Licensed Physical Therapist

Gregg Frank graduated from Boston University in 1989 with a degree in occupational therapy. He has been creating safe home environments for people for over 20 years. He has worked in hospital acute care settings, sub acute rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and out patient rehabilitation centers. He has concentrated heavily on the treatment of hand and upper extremity injuries. He is skilled in creating custom hand and elbow orthotics. He has evaluated and trained special needs drivers in adapted vans and automobiles, created custom wheelchair seating systems, performed work site evaluations and modified industrial work settings. He evaluates people for functional capacity and rehabilitates injured workers with the goal of returning to work. He has now dedicated his career to assessing and modifying peoples home and work environments.

Karen Frank graduated from Cornell University in 1987. She then received a degree in physical therapy from Simmons College in 1989. Her professional experience includes working in an acute care hospital, an outpatient rehabilitation center, skilled nursing homes, home healthcare agencies, and independent outpatient rehabilitation centers. Karen has now dedicated her career to assessing and modifying peoples home and work environments.
